Season 2 Locations
The second season was shot in the first half of 2020. Due to Covid most of the shootings were moved to Bristol. Certain scenes were also shot in Cardiff, Cornwall and London.
In this article i want to share my knowledge about movie locations they used in the second season as there is only little information about this on the web. During my research i mainly focussed on places that you can actually visit and not some indoor sets. Also the Scenes i did my reseach on are all in some way important for the story.
Some of the Locations are already on the Web but the majority of it wasnt. It was quite some work for some to find them. Others were found in less than a minute. What also helped me a lot was the awesome coverage of Google Street View in the UK.
At the end of this page you will find a map with all locations of this season for a better overview. For each Location an adress or coordinates for more precision will be provided.

Alex's House and surroundings
Like in Season 1 Alex's House located in 42 Reverdy Rd, London was seen often in the series. Unlike Season 1 most of the shots were indoor as the most of the shooting took place in Bristol. Very likely some indoor scenes were also shot in that house. I cant tell if all or just some.
Alex's and Tom's School
In Season 2 they used another School for Alex and Tom. They choose Cotham School located at Cotham Lawn Road, Bristol (51.4632548156535, -2.6023377077474614).

Surfing in Cornwall with Alex, Tom and Sabina
Some scenes on the Beach were shot at Summerleaze Beach, Bude (50.83096769540164, -4.552114822170259). The House Sabina and her Dad were renting was CGI and is not located where its shown in the TV Series.
Cornwall Opening Scene
A couple of shots for the Cornwall Opening Scene were shot at
Widemouth Beach, Widemouth Bay (50.79318509242722, -4.557523560402221).
Smithers Coffee Store
The Coffe Store Smithers visits twice in the TV Show is located at
Watershed, Bristol (51.45169461967292, -2.598036926844712).
Alex and Kyra going for a walk
Street Alex and Kyra are having a conversation while walking along in Episode 5 is located in Moon St, Bristol (51.461501595377555, -2.5899176860887856).
Coffee with Mrs. Jones
Alex meets Mrs. Jones do "drink a coffee" in 13 Small St, Bristol (51.455290752126686, -2.595516165661759).
Queen Square
At 40 Queen Square, Bristol (51.4498657980573, -2.595184611911648) a scene with Alex and Charlie Roper on a bank was shot. In the Background the skyline of London was added. A small part of Alex Chasing Alan Blunt was also shot at Queen Square.
Faked Amsterdam Bridge
The Scene Alex, Cyra and Tom gather in order to drive towards Craystar Holland was not shot in Amsterdam. They created some signs in dutch in order to fake the location. They also changed the Letter on a building from Merchants House to Koopmanshuis most likely in post production. The scene was shot at Prince St Bridge, Bristol (51.44860278669323, -2.596739251830676).
"The Department" Old Location
In Episode 1 Alex went to the old Location of The Department from season 1 however they moved location and werent there anymore. Like in Season 1 the Scene was shot in Coke Street, London (51.51542749524034, -0.06598005822633317).
